Pilot project
To develop your product further we test it in real life banking environment (access to the RBI API Marketplace & real clients!) in the course of a pilot project with the most promising fintechs.
Support of experienced mentors
Our mentors come from a wide range of business areas within RBI Group and are top experts in their fields. They are supporting fintech expansion by sharing their expertise, giving strategic support and providing critical feedback. Dedicated PoC Fund
The pilot projects are funded by a dedicated Proof of Concept fund. In addition, we cover travel and accommodation (flight & hotel) for up to two people per fintech.
The Elevator Lab formula
Time is money. As a startup, you know this best. This is why we set up Elevator Lab as a fintech accelerator: a 4-month program that stands for a structured and effective fintech onboarding process within the bank.

Get the knowledge for the CEE markets
The CEE region is fast-growing and dynamic. With more than 30 years of experience in our CEE markets, we have a deep understanding of the region. While collaborating with RBI Group in our fintech accelerator, you get access to new markets and gain valuable learnings about the CEE banking market.
