If you are looking for an equity-free program for fintechs and banking that offers you insights into current developments by banking experts in CEE, you should consider joining our Elevator Lab Partnership Program. We fund you in our intensive 4-month program organized by RBI and its subsidiary banks in CEE. Find out more about the benefits you can gain from our fintech Partnership Program:
Pilot project
To develop your product further we test it in the real-life banking environment (access to the RBI API Marketplace & real clients) in the course of a pilot project with the most promising fintechs.
Support of experienced mentors
Our mentors come from a wide range of business areas within RBI Group and are top experts in their fields. They are supporting fintech expansion by sharing their expertise, giving strategic support and providing critical feedback. Additionally, external mentors are contributing with their specific know-how.
Dedicated PoC Fund
The pilot projects are funded by a dedicated Proof of Concept fund. In addition, we cover travel and accommodation (flight & hotel) for up to two people per fintech

We are looking for startups, with proven innovative fintech products and technologies. Elevator Lab aims to jointly develop scalable business cases and enables international growth.
Digital Customer Acquisition and Financial Literacy Track
1. Digital Customer Acquisition
- Creative strategies and approaches for customer acquisition, beyond banking co-services etc.
- Enabler for customer referral programs, giveaway promotions, small-scale influencer referral campaigns
- Tools for better understanding of customer behavior e.g. A/B testing, heat map tool etc.
- Gamification tools: e.g. “gamifying” the personal creation process during onboarding
2. Financial Health/ Literacy
- Literacy for children/young people: tools and services parents can use
- Gamification strategies for financial literacy
- Product, services, tools to help customers spend wisely, build savings, borrow responsibly etc.
- ESG: Enabling spending money in responsible/climate positive way

ESG in Agriculture: Cross-Industry Partnership Program
- Innovative ways/ solutions to develop more resilient crops to tackle increasing climate change matters (considering the new EU Regulations related to subsidies)
- Blockchain, IOT, ML solutions/ tools for self-audit of the CO2 profiling and automated issuing of the Green Certificates (GC) and transforming GC into subsidies
- Technologies that experiment with "end-of-life“ solutions/ alternatives for exploiting, transforming, or reducing farm waste
- Knowledge-sharing platforms for farmers with Data Collection features on ESG impact (CO2 footprint) to acquire and encourage customers to apply/ use nonconventional direct marketing approaches and Beyond Banking co-services
